Maternal and infant health is an important priority in the implementation of health efforts, because Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (AKB) are indicators that greatly affect the quality of health service facilities. According to the World Organization, in 2020 nearly 800 women died due to problems related to pregnancy and childbirth. Low- and lower-middle-income countries were the site of the most maternal deaths at 95% in 2020. Care for pregnant, maternity, and postpartum women by health professionals can save mothers and newborns. This report uses a descriptive method with SOAP midwifery care management, data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations, PWS MCH, MCH Books, and examinations. This midwifery care was carried out to Mrs. N from 7-21 April 2023 at PMB Noor Sehah, Amd. Keb. Care given to mothers and babies is pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. From the case study of Mrs. N with physiological pregnancy, conclusions can be drawn for the management of obstetric care planning carried out in accordance with SOAP standards
